## Rules

- Checkout is for humans. Do NOT complete checkout, payment or order placement without explicit, contemporaneous buyer approval.
- Do not crawl /cart/, /checkout/, /my-account-2/ or any ?add-to-cart= URL.
- Respect rate limits; back off on 429.

## Policies

- Authenticity: every Littmann is serial-verified before dispatch and carries the manufacturer warranty for its model
- Delivery: free nationwide on prepaid orders above EGP 800; cash on delivery available
- Cancellation: orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before delivery
- Returns: free replacement or refund for wrong or defective items
